Ross Stores opens 51 new locations, completes fiscal 2026 store growth plan
ROST•Ross Stores opened 51 locations in September and October, bringing its fiscal 2026 expansion to 115 new locations and completing its store growth plan.
1. Store expansion
The openings included 41 Ross Dress for Less stores and 10 dd’s DISCOUNTS stores across 17 states. Ross Stores reiterated a long-term target of at least 2,900 Ross stores and 700 dd’s DISCOUNTS stores; its current base is about 2,377 locations across 45 states, Washington, D.C., Guam and Puerto Rico.
