1. Record Fiscal 2026 Third-Quarter Results
RPM International delivered record net sales of $1,607.9 million in its third quarter ended February 28, 2026, up 8.9% year-over-year. Income before taxes rose 69.2% to $69.3 million, while EBIT increased 34.1% to $84.1 million, reflecting strong operational leverage.
2. Adjusted Profit and Margin Expansion
Adjusted EBIT climbed 48.8% to $116.4 million, driven by volume growth, favorable currency translation and MAP operational improvements. Adjusted diluted EPS jumped 62.9% to $0.57, offsetting a 1.3% GAAP net income decline to $51.4 million.
3. Geographic and Segment Highlights
Europe sales surged 20.1%, North America grew 6.3% and emerging markets led by Africa/Middle East posted gains. Engineered building solutions, acquisitions and a 2.4% FX benefit underpinned 3.0% organic growth and 3.5% acquisition growth across all segments.

Don Harmeyer, with 26 years at RPM and former group CFO, was promoted to Consumer Group president, while Tom Schweiger, an 18-year veteran of Rust-Oleum, becomes group CFO. These moves aim to optimize capital allocation and accelerate profitable global expansion.
