Ryde appoints Ou Yuyang executive director to board
RYDE•Ryde appointed Ou Yuyang as an executive director effective Sept. 30, 2026; he has about five years of experience in private fund management, corporate banking and capital markets advisory in China.
1. Board appointment
Ou is marketing manager at Lefeng (Hainan) Private Fund Management, where he works on fund product structuring, governance, listings and asset-backed securities. He will not serve on any board committee.
