Ryder completes acquisition of Efficiency Enterprises
R•Ryder completed its acquisition of Efficiency Enterprises on November 1, 2026. The deal is expected to add approximately $50 million in gross revenue to Ryder’s fleet management business in 2027.
1. Deal expands network
The acquisition adds six locations across Florida, New York, Maryland and Delaware, approximately 50 technicians and roughly 1,200 fleet units to Ryder’s operations. Integration of Efficiency Enterprises’ assets and operations is scheduled throughout 2026.
