SDOT•Sadot Group acquired the SalesIQ AI-enabled commercial origination software platform from Softech Resources for stated consideration of US$7.45 million. The deal closed Sept. 30, 2026.
1. Deal terms
Sadot Group entered an asset purchase agreement to acquire SalesIQ from Softech Resources, with closing on Sept. 30, 2026. Consideration totals a stated US$7.45 million, including US$300,000 in cash paid in 12 monthly installments through August 2027, plus 3,575 shares each of Series D Non-Voting Contingently Convertible Preferred Stock and Series E.
2. Planned integration
Sadot expects SalesIQ to be customized and integrated with TradeIQ and TradeOS to support prospecting, outreach, and conversion into subscribers or counterparties.
