Salesforce Q2 revenue slightly beats on demand for AI and data products

Salesforce raised full-year FY27 revenue guidance to $46.1 billion-$46.4 billion, up 11%-12% year over year.
It also initiated third-quarter FY27 revenue guidance of $11.42 billion-$11.5 billion, up 11%-12% year over year.
The company said it expects a reduced currency tailwind for FY27 due to a stronger U.S. dollar.
Drivers of growth
Salesforce said strong demand for AI and data products drove second-quarter growth, with AI-related annual recurring revenue nearing $4 billion.
Agentforce and Data 360 ARR rose more than 210% year over year, with Agentforce ARR up more than 240% year over year and work units delivered up 97% quarter over quarter.
Informatica acquisitions contributed $456 million to second-quarter revenue.
