SaverOne Signs Six-Month RF Sensing Pilot Deal With RBtec in Security Market
SVRE•SaverOne signed a six-month pilot agreement with RBtec to integrate its RF sensing technology into RBtec’s perimeter intrusion detection system for a security end-customer. The pilot follows a proof-of-concept success and could lead to a commercial contract, advancing SaverOne’s expansion into defense and security markets.
1. Pilot Agreement Details
On June 16, SaverOne and RBtec executed a six-month pilot agreement to integrate SaverOne’s RF-based sensing technology with RBtec’s perimeter intrusion detection system for a security sector end-customer. RBtec will manage customer relations while SaverOne adapts its sensor and provides technical support throughout the pilot period.
2. Technology Integration
The pilot follows a successful proof of concept demonstrating RF sensing’s capability to detect and locate cell phone signals under non-line-of-sight conditions. SaverOne’s hardware, AI and proprietary algorithms will be embedded into RBtec’s fence alarm platforms to enhance intrusion detection and intelligence layers.
3. Strategic Expansion
This collaboration marks a key step in SaverOne’s strategic move beyond transportation safety into defense and security applications. The initiative builds on SaverOne’s recent transaction with VisionWave, aligning its RF platform with homeland security and critical infrastructure use cases.
4. Future Commercial Potential
Pending pilot outcomes, the companies plan to negotiate a commercial agreement for broader deployment. A successful pilot could unlock recurring revenue streams and position SaverOne as a provider of advanced RF sensing solutions across global security markets.
