Scage Future plans 1-for-15 reverse ADS split effective Oct. 30, 2026
SCAG•Scage Future plans to change its ADS-to-ordinary-share ratio from 1-for-1 to 1-for-15 on or about Oct. 30, 2026.
1. ADS ratio change
The change is expected to function like a 1-for-15 reverse ADS split. The ADS price is expected to rise proportionally, but there is no assurance it will reach 15 times its pre-change level. Ordinary shares outstanding will remain unchanged, and ADSs will continue trading on Nasdaq under SCAG.
