PSTG•Shard Capital analyst Julian Wheeler sees Arista Networks and Everpure potentially benefiting from Meta’s AI investment. Meta is expected to spend $140 billion this year, with $54 billion remaining for the fourth quarter.
Wheeler’s analysis identifies network, storage and API communications providers as potential beneficiaries of Meta’s AI investment. Arista Networks and Everpure could benefit from infrastructure demand, while Shopify and Walmart could gain from shopping driven by Muse.
Meta’s anticipated spending totals $140 billion this year, including $54 billion in the fourth quarter. A $100 billion capital raise diluted Meta shareholders and sent shares down 15%; Wheeler remains a holder and bought at lower prices. The analysis also says cheaper computing could pressure Nvidia, Muse’s search could bypass Google, and direct purchasing could hurt travel aggregators.
