Sharon AI has entered into a US$950 million contract with a global tech firm to deliver cloud computing infrastructure over five years, focusing on expanding its AI Cloud business in the Asia-Pacific region.

2. Deployment Schedule

Under the deal, Sharon AI will roll out solutions across multiple NEXTDC data centers in Australia, with the first revenue expected in the third quarter of 2026 and additional revenue in the fourth quarter of 2026.

3. Technology Stack

Deployments will utilize the Vast Data AI Operating System, which integrates storage, database, compute and real-time processing into a single system to boost workload efficiency and data foundation reliability.
