• Cash, cash equivalents, short-term investments of $208.3 million as of June 30, 2026; runway expected into 2029.
• Phase 1 program for SL-325 completed in 72 healthy participants; estimated half-life 16 days; anti-drug antibody rate 3.7%.
• Preclinical pipeline includes SL-846 DR3 x IL-23R bispecific with Phase 1 start planned for 1H 2027, alongside half-life-extended DR3 antibody SL-425.
