Sidus Space signed a non-binding MOU with Slovenia’s 3GM Plus to support a domestic small-satellite manufacturing capability.
3GM Plus is set to act as prime contractor on Slovenian satellite programs, with Sidus supplying satellite-bus technology licensing and engineering support.
Work is expected to start in Cape Canaveral with Slovenian engineers involved, then shift toward building assembly, integration and test capability in Slovenia.
The arrangement includes structured knowledge transfer, with Sidus providing flight-proven hardware such as its Fortis VPX Maxima computing platform.
