SKYX Joins NVIDIA Connect Program, Aiming for $4 billion Miami Smart City Deployment

SKYXSKYX

SKYX Platforms has joined NVIDIA’s Connect Program, granting it access to GPU-accelerated AI frameworks for speech recognition, anomaly detection, computer vision and predictive analytics to upgrade its ceiling-based all-in-one smart home platform. The collaboration positions SKYX to target recurring AI services and deployment in the $4 billion Miami smart city project.

1. Strategic Partnership with NVIDIA Connect Program

SKYX Platforms Corp. announced that it has joined NVIDIA’s Connect Program, granting the company access to NVIDIA’s GPU-accelerated cloud infrastructure and AI frameworks. This collaboration enables SKYX to integrate speech recognition, real-time anomaly detection and scalable cloud inference into its patented ceiling-mounted smart home hub. The company will leverage NVIDIA’s DPU technology to ensure enterprise-grade security and privacy-first processing of anonymized device data, supporting fleet-wide learning across its global install base.

2. Enhanced Product Capabilities and Recurring Revenue Potential

By integrating NVIDIA’s AI ecosystem, SKYX expects to expand its all-in-one platform’s feature set to include next-generation computer vision for fall detection, elderly monitoring, environmental analytics and predictive maintenance. These advanced functionalities will be offered as subscription-based services, generating recurring revenue streams from AI monitoring, software upgrades and licensing of new safety intelligence modules. SKYX projects that AI services could represent up to 20% of its total revenues by 2028, based on internal forecasts of service attachment rates.

3. Massive Addressable Market and Go-to-Market Opportunities

SKYX estimates its total addressable market in the United States at approximately $500 billion, with over 4.2 billion ceiling outlets in residential and commercial buildings. Through the NVIDIA Connect Program, the company gains go-to-market support to target major smart-city projects, including the planned $4 billion Miami smart-city deployment. SKYX’s network of more than 60 lighting and home décor e-commerce sites will serve as distribution channels for both retail and professional installers, accelerating market penetration.

4. Long-Term Roadmap and Innovation Pipeline

SKYX’s senior AI advisor, formerly a global AI leader at Microsoft, highlighted a roadmap that spans whole-home Wi-Fi mesh integration, support for the Matter interoperability protocol and healthcare-grade monitoring applications. The company holds over 100 pending and issued patents worldwide, positioning it to continuously upgrade its ceiling hub hardware (‘Razor’) and modular smart-home accessories (‘Blades’), which include lighting fixtures, emergency lights and smart plugs. SKYX anticipates launching its next hardware revision by mid-2026, incorporating NVIDIA’s latest GPU optimizations for on-device inferencing.
