Phase 3 trial reaches last patient last visit
Sol-Gel Technologies reached last patient last visit in its pivotal Phase 3 trial of SGT-610 for Gorlin syndrome.
The study is designed to show whether SGT-610 can prevent new basal cell carcinoma lesions on the face. The blinded, vehicle-controlled trial enrolled 113 patients, and 102 completed 12 months of treatment.
