Solera Holdings visited BYD’s global headquarters in Shenzhen in September 2026 for talks on China’s NEV expansion, including overseas aftersales ecosystems and potential cross-industry collaboration on international service standards.

The discussions covered vehicle lifecycle management, claims support, repair networks and data compliance. The China Intelligent Transportation Systems Association joined the meeting, and the delegation toured BYD’s exhibition center to review NEV, battery and intelligent mobility developments relevant to global rollout.
