South Carolina DMV adopts Tyler Technologies electronic titling under existing contract
TYL•Tyler Technologies won an expansion order under South Carolina’s existing Digital Government Services contract to provide electronic vehicle titling, with processing times targeted at as little as 24 hours.
1. Paperless title processing
The South Carolina DMV will use Tyler Technologies’ CHAMP system to replace paper-based title processing across its dealer-lender network. The system targets processing times of as little as 24 hours and aims to improve accuracy and operational efficiency.
