Sphere 3D has rebranded as DarkHorse Technologies, repositioning the business toward AI and digital infrastructure.
Nasdaq trading is expected to move to the DRK ticker from ANY at the September 17, 2026 market open.
The company said its strategy centers on power-ready, distribution-connected sites in Tennessee and Kentucky to support power-first AI infrastructure development.
The portfolio shift also includes agreements to divest the Iowa site and the legacy mining fleet.
