Standard BioTools completes sale of microfluidics business to ARCHIMED
LAB•ARCHIMED completed its acquisition of Standard BioTools’ microfluidics business, which will operate independently as Biomark Scientific.
1. Business changes hands
ARCHIMED completed its previously announced acquisition of Standard BioTools’ microfluidics business, which will operate independently as Biomark Scientific. The business will retain its existing team, and under ARCHIMED it plans to expand its capabilities across genomics, clinical research and public health.
