Sterling Infrastructure names Katherine Hargis general counsel, chief compliance officer and corporate secretary
STRL•Sterling Infrastructure appointed Katherine Hargis as senior vice president, general counsel, chief compliance officer and corporate secretary, effective Oct. 5, 2026. She succeeds Mark D. Wolf, who held the roles since August 2020.
1. Leadership appointment
Hargis joined Sterling Infrastructure from Key Energy Services, where she was senior vice president, chief administrative officer, general counsel and corporate secretary. She previously held legal leadership roles at U.S. Concrete, including vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary.
