Sun Life U.S. Appoints Mollica to Lead 32M-Member Dental Business
Sun Life U.S. has named former Humana executive Tony Mollica as president of its Dental business, overseeing DentaQuest and its 32 million-member dental and vision segments across Medicaid, Commercial and Medicare Advantage. Mollica will direct go-to-market, membership, retention and managed care strategies to drive growth and client satisfaction.

Mollica will oversee growth across Medicaid, Commercial and Medicare Advantage segments, manage vision insurance for 32 million members, and lead go-to-market, membership, retention and managed care strategies focused on quality, access and cost balance.

Mollica joins from Humana, where he most recently served as CEO of Independent Care Health Plan, and previously held leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group, bringing expertise in health plan operations, member-centered care and growth strategy.
