Super League Forecasts Strongest Q4 2025 Revenue and Announces 1-for-12 Reverse Split

SLESLE

Super League forecasts Q4 2025 as its strongest revenue quarter, with Q1 2026 revenues to exceed both the prior quarter and Q1 2025. The company held about $14 million cash as of December 31, 2025, and announced a 1-for-12 reverse split reducing shares from 14.0 million to 1.16 million.

1. Strategic Transformation Drives Revenue Momentum

Over the past ten months, Super League has transitioned from a stabilization phase into one of focused execution. Following the completion of a financing round in October, the company reports that its fourth quarter of 2025 will mark its strongest quarter of revenue for the year. Management indicates that first-quarter 2026 revenue is pacing ahead of both the prior quarter and the comparable period in 2025, attributing the improvement to a simplified operating model, targeted cost management and growing demand for playable ad formats among major consumer brands.

2. Strengthened Balance Sheet Supports Growth Initiatives

As of December 31, 2025, Super League held approximately $14 million in cash, providing a runway for selective investment across its platform, marketing solutions and strategic properties functions. The company emphasizes that this liquidity position enables both ongoing product development—such as the recently acquired Bounce automation tools—and expansion of its owned-and-operated gaming assets, beginning with the investment in Hide or Die, which is expected to generate incremental cash flow and proprietary audience data over the coming quarters.

3. Organizational Realignment into Three Core Functions

Super League has restructured into Platform and Data, Advertising and Marketing Solutions, and Strategic Properties divisions. The Platform and Data unit centralizes interactive content formats and audience intelligence, leveraging the Bounce acquisition for enhanced automation and full-funnel measurement. Advertising and Marketing Solutions combines these tools with psychographic insights to design campaigns across mobile, CTV, social and immersive platforms. The Strategic Properties arm focuses on monetizing owned gaming experiences, driving recurring revenue and deepening the feedback loop between product, data and branded activations.

4. Reverse Stock Split Secures Nasdaq Compliance

To maintain listing requirements on the Nasdaq Capital Market, Super League completed a 1-for-12 reverse stock split effective January 23, 2026. This adjustment reduced outstanding shares from approximately 14.0 million to 1.16 million while preserving each shareholder’s percentage ownership and voting power. The move underscores management’s commitment to disciplined corporate governance and positions the company for greater market stability as it executes on its growth and profitability objectives.
