The letter outlined three business pillars: SurfOS software, a tech-enabled charter platform, and profitable air mobility operations positioned as an electric-aircraft launchpad.
It cited Wheels Up as the first enterprise SurfOS customer, with a contract worth up to $12 million over the term.

Surf Air Mobility announced the availability of a shareholder letter from board chair Shawn Pelsinger.
Pelsinger said the company’s late-2024 Transformation Plan cut debt, improved air mobility profitability, and secured a first SurfOS contract with Palantir.
