Techwing extends Micron Malaysia supply deal end date to Nov. 6 from Oct. 2

Techwing extended the end date of its semiconductor test equipment supply contract with Micron Memory Malaysia to Nov. 6, 2026, from Oct. 2, while the contract value remains KRW 22.86 billion.

1. Contract extension

Techwing corrected its disclosure to extend the contract end date to Nov. 6, 2026, from Oct. 2, because delayed delivery timing pushed back cash collection. All products were delivered on Sept. 4, and the contract value remains KRW 22.86 billion, equal to 14.37% of Techwing’s 2025 consolidated revenue.
