Tekkorp Kapital and Tekkorp Consolidated Holdings disclosed control of about 8.6% of Bragg Gaming Group shares on a partially diluted basis.
Holdings totaled 2,569,345 shares, with 115,607 warrants held by Tekkorp Consolidated Holdings.
