These names could surprise to the upside or downside, Jefferies says
AZN•Jefferies said Heidelberg Materials, Computacenter and several other European companies could surprise positively during earnings season, while Randstad, Dassault Systemes and UPM-Kymmene could disappoint.
1. Potential surprises
Jefferies said Heidelberg Materials and Computacenter are among the companies that could surprise to the upside. It cited potential savings and confirmation of guidance at Heidelberg Materials, and Computacenter’s exposure to US enterprise infrastructure and hyperscaler customers. Other possible upside surprises include AstraZeneca, Beijer Ref, Euronext, InterContinental Hotels, Legrand, Sanofi, Siltronic and Zalando. Jefferies said Randstad, Dassault Systemes and UPM-Kymmene could surprise to the downside, citing margin pressure, weak operating leverage and softer cash flow at Randstad.
