Tianci International signed a non-binding MOU with Zimbabwe-based Greypole Mineral Resources to jointly explore and extract gold on 500 hectares in Gwanda and chromium on 1,500 hectares in Zvishavane. The phased collaboration will leverage each party’s capital, technological integration and regulatory expertise to obtain exploration and mining rights in Zimbabwe.

Tianci International and Greypole Mineral Resources signed a non-binding Strategic Cooperation MOU to negotiate a formal partnership. The agreement outlines joint efforts in capital markets, technology integration and resource exploitation to advance gold and chromium projects in Zimbabwe.

2. Exploration and Extraction Scope

The collaboration targets approximately 500 hectares of gold concessions in the Gwanda region and 1,500 hectares of chromium concessions in Zvishavane. Both parties will pool expertise to conduct geological surveys, secure equipment and initiate phased mining operations.

3. Implementation and Rights Acquisition

Greypole will assist Tianci in applying for exploration and mining rights under a phased approach designed to meet local regulatory requirements. This strategy aims to ensure compliance and streamline operational deployment of the mining concessions.
