TNMG•Convertible note fully repaid
TNL Mediagene fully repaid a senior convertible note issued to 3i, LP in December 2025.
The final payment was made on July 8 and covered USD 1.67 million of principal and USD 150,000.03 of accrued interest. The repayment used 3,381,700 ordinary shares.
Termination agreement ends note facility
A July 23 termination agreement ended the securities purchase agreement for the note facility, and the parties granted mutual releases.
No convertible notes remain outstanding under the facility, reducing potential dilution and share overhang tied to convertibles.
