Tokyo Lifestyle converts JPY 510 million shareholder loan into equity
TKLF•Tokyo Lifestyle will convert JPY 510 million of shareholder-related loan principal into 12,106,893 newly issued ordinary shares on Sept. 29, extinguishing the principal in full. The loan’s repayment date was revised to Sept. 10, 2026, to facilitate the conversion.

Tokyo Lifestyle will convert JPY 510 million of shareholder-related loan principal into 12,106,893 newly issued ordinary shares on Sept. 29. The debt-to-equity swap will extinguish the loan principal in full, cutting outstanding debt and related interest burden.
2. Repayment date revised
The loan’s repayment date was revised to Sept. 10, 2026, to facilitate the conversion.
