Tokyo Lifestyle held its 20th annual shareholder meeting on June 26, 2026, covering the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026.
Shareholders adopted the fiscal-year financial statements.
Partial amendments to the articles of incorporation covering the board of corporate auditors and the accounting auditor were adopted.
A year-end dividend of JPY 1.89 per share was adopted, payable Sept. 14–30, 2026, with a March 31, 2026 record date.
Sakurazaka Audit Corporation was appointed accounting auditor; Keiichi Kimura, Akira Kotajima, and Yoshie Nakamura were appointed corporate auditors.
