Top Financial swaps independent directors’ equity pay for US$50,000 annual cash compensation
TOP•Top Financial Group will replace independent directors’ equity awards with cash compensation of US$50,000 annually, effective Oct. 1, 2026; the prior annual package was also US$50,000, including US$20,000 in shares.
1. Pay terms revised
Top Financial Group revised compensation for its independent non-executive directors, replacing equity awards with cash. Effective Oct. 1, 2026, each director will receive total annual cash compensation of US$50,000, and the company will no longer issue them Class A ordinary shares under the amended arrangements.
