Toyota and Joby Launch JV to Scale Electric Air Taxi Production and Reduce Costs
TM•Toyota and Joby Aviation have launched the initial phase of a strategic manufacturing joint venture to prepare for commercial electric air taxi production by improving productivity, quality and cost efficiency. The alliance will support expansion of Joby’s eVTOL assembly capacity to achieve certification and meet projected market demand.
