1. Sales and quarterly results
Travere reported Q3 product sales of $220.2 million, up 95% year over year, driven by FILSPARI growth. U.S. FILSPARI net sales rose 120% to $200.2 million, and the company received 1,932 new patient start forms. Travere posted a $52.34 million net loss, compared with a profit a year earlier; results included a $113.1 million in-process research and development charge tied to its civorebrutinib licensing deal, while research and development and selling, general and administrative expenses also increased.
2. Pipeline and study plans
Travere expects topline results from the Phase 3 HARMONY Study of pegtibatinase in the second half of 2027. It plans to submit a U.S. investigational new drug application for civorebrutinib by year-end to enable dosing studies and anticipates the first patient in the SPARLIGHT Study of FILSPARI in FSGS by year-end.
