The U.S. Department of Treasury's initial FEOC guidance under the OBBBA provisions aligns with T1 Energy's expectations, confirming its material assistance approach and eligibility for Section 45X solar tax credits.

2. December Transactions Secured FEOC Eligibility

On December 30, 2025, T1 completed a series of transactions addressing equity, debt, officer appointments, intellectual property and material assistance requirements to satisfy FEOC rules and strengthen its compliance position ahead of final guidance.

3. U.S. Manufacturing Expansion Underway

T1 is advancing its domestic solar supply chain with construction of a Rockdale, Texas cell fabrication facility, operation of a Wilmer, Texas module factory and contracts for American-produced polysilicon, Corning wafers and Nextpower steel frames.
