Trident Digital Tech Stakes Equity in IRMA Engine Developer, Targets $800M Revenue
TDTH•Trident Digital Tech has acquired an equity stake in Digital Innovations Group to commercialize its IRMA Engine AI platform across Asia-Pacific and Africa via licensing, SaaS and white-label partnerships. It builds on Trident’s Ghana digital tax platform, set to onboard 530,000 MSMEs and drive US$800 million in revenue over five years.

Trident Digital Tech has acquired an equity stake in US-based Digital Innovations Group, owner and developer of the IRMA Engine AI platform, establishing Trident as the exclusive commercialization partner across Asia-Pacific and Africa with access to advanced enterprise AI capabilities.
2. Commercialization and Revenue Model
The partnership enables Trident to commercialize IRMA Engine through enterprise software licensing, SaaS subscriptions, white-label deployments, managed AI solutions and strategic channel alliances, creating multiple recurring revenue streams and enhancing customer lifetime value across government and private-sector markets.
3. Infrastructure Ecosystem and Financial Projections
Trident plans to leverage its existing digital infrastructure—such as its Ghana digital tax platform poised to onboard approximately 530,000 MSMEs—to accelerate AI adoption and target roughly US$800 million in software and platform revenues over the next five years.
