Trinity Biotech has launched Trinovium, a new subsidiary dedicated to ultra-pure fluid solutions for AI and high-performance computing liquid cooling. It will leverage US and EU manufacturing capacity to address a market set to expand from $4 billion in 2026 to $27 billion by 2033 at a 31.5% CAGR.
Trinity Biotech has established Trinovium as a standalone subsidiary focused on advanced fluid solutions for AI and high-performance computing liquid cooling, marking its first entry into infrastructure markets beyond human diagnostics.
The global data center liquid cooling market is projected to grow from $4 billion in 2026 to $27 billion by 2033 (31.5% CAGR), driven by escalating AI compute density and the limitations of conventional air-cooling systems.
Trinovium will utilize Trinity’s US and EU facilities capable of producing millions of liters of ultra-high-purity fluids annually and has developed a direct-to-chip formulation emphasizing purity, corrosion inhibition, and healthcare-grade consistency aligned with Open Compute Project guidelines.
Beyond initial fluid sales, Trinovium plans to build a fluid health and system intelligence platform using electrochemical sensing and mass spectrometry for real-time monitoring, creating a high-margin recurring revenue stream and potential operating leverage from existing assets.
