TSMC says four construction workers killed at Taiwan site, halting work
TSM•TSMC said four construction workers were killed Tuesday at a factory construction site in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. It suspended related work at the site and similar steel structure work across its Taiwan construction sites while it investigates.

The workers were killed during steel structure construction at the site in Kaohsiung, TSMC said. The company said it and its construction contractor suspended related work at the site and similar steel structure work at all its construction sites across Taiwan pending an investigation. TSMC's on-site safety team is cooperating with authorities and the contractor to investigate and take remedial steps.
