TurnOnGreen adopts revised bylaws, updates company name provisions
TOGI•TurnOnGreen’s board adopted revised bylaws on Sept. 25, 2026, replacing the prior bylaws in full and making changes to company name references, shareholder meeting locations and bylaw amendment authority.
1. Bylaw changes take effect
The revisions took effect immediately upon the board’s adoption. They update company name references, revise shareholder meeting location provisions and modify who has authority to amend the bylaws.
