Perini Management Services won a $43 million U.S. Coast Guard contract to design and build a Fast Response Cutter homeport in Astoria, Oregon, with completion targeted for May 2029.

The work at East Tongue Point includes a new pier and dock facilities. Design is slated to start in late September 2026, substantial completion is targeted for May 2029, and the contract is expected to be added to backlog in the third quarter of 2026.
