Two Host Hotels & Resorts properties earn LEED certification
HST•Two properties earned LEED certification, bringing Host Hotels & Resorts’ portfolio to 28 certified properties, or 37.3% of its portfolio. The company said it is on track to reach its 40% target by 2030.
1. Portfolio certifications grow
The Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa earned LEED Gold certification in September 2026, and The Canyon Suites at The Phoenician earned LEED Silver certification in October 2026. Host Hotels & Resorts said its portfolio now includes 28 LEED-certified properties, representing 37.3% of the portfolio and 9.5 million square feet of certified space. Certifications have increased 300% since 2019.
