UCLOUDLINK delivered Q4 revenues of US$22.1 million, down 14.6% year-over-year, while boosting adjusted net income to US$1.0 million and generating US$3.1 million of adjusted EBITDA versus prior-year losses. For full-year 2025, revenues declined 11.1% to US$81.4 million, net income rose to US$6.3 million and IoT daily terminals jumped 434.8%.

1. Q4 2025 Financial Highlights

UCLOUDLINK reported Q4 total revenues of US$22.1 million, down 14.6% year-over-year, and gross profit rose 2.3% to US$11.4 million. Loss from operations narrowed to US$1.6 million while adjusted net income reached US$1.0 million and adjusted EBITDA hit US$3.1 million, reversing last year’s losses.

2. Full-Year 2025 Performance

Full-year revenues declined 11.1% to US$81.4 million and gross profit slipped 3.8% to US$42.7 million. Operating income nearly doubled to US$8.0 million, net income lifted 37% to US$6.3 million, and adjusted EBITDA edged up to US$7.2 million.

3. Operational and User Growth

Data consumption grew 9.2% to 46,511 TB with average daily active terminals up 6.6% to 328,847. GlocalMe IoT DAT surged 434.8% to 23,785, SIM DAT rose 180.8%, Life DAT jumped 897.9%, and PetPhone recorded 257 DAT on launch.
