Unilever announced a $270 million global innovation center at 2 Church St. in downtown New Haven, replacing its Trumbull campus. The 100,000 sq ft, two-floor facility will employ about 300 people by spring 2029 and consolidate consumer insights, packaging design, fragrance creation and product formulation under one roof, leveraging AI and emerging quantum computing.
