Universe Pharmaceuticals holds annual shareholder meeting
UPC•Universe Pharmaceuticals held its annual shareholder meeting on Sept. 30, 2026, and all items passed, including director reappointments and conditional authorization of a share consolidation.
1. Meeting approvals
Shareholders endorsed the reappointments of Gang Lai, Lin Yang, Jiawen Pang, Ding Zheng and Yongping Yu. They authorized a share consolidation plan conditional on a defined Nasdaq bid-price trigger; the company did not confirm that a consolidation was executed. Shareholders also adopted an amended and restated memorandum of association, contingent on the consolidation taking effect, and granted authority to adjourn the meeting if needed to secure sufficient votes.
