U.S. Gold net loss narrows to $17.21 million in FY26; no revenue
USAU•FY26 results show narrower net loss but no revenue
U.S. Gold posted a net loss of about $17.21 million, narrowing from about $20.56 million a year earlier.
Operating loss widened to about $19 million from about $13.01 million on higher operating expenses, led by professional and consulting fees.
Other income swung to about $1.79 million from a loss of about $7.55 million, helped by a $1.5 million gain from warrant fair-value changes.
Balance sheet strengthened and CK Gold study updated
Working capital climbed to about $31.58 million from about $8.02 million, with cash at about $30.66 million.
The CK Gold feasibility study outlined an after-tax NPV of $632 million, an 11-year mine life, and 1.6 million gold equivalent ounces of reserves, with permits secured.
