The LAX Smart Store has operated since June 2025 without on-site staff, leveraging robotics for shelf restocking, AI-driven inventory management for real-time product tracking, and a mobile-first checkout system. It offers travel essentials, snacks and beverages in a compact, self-service format to streamline passenger purchases.
3. Strategic Growth and Demand Outlook
VenHub plans to apply operational insights from the LAX deployment to future rollouts across transit centers, campuses and hospitality venues.
