- OmniAb’s discovery work under the May 2025 alliance concluded, delivering human antibody leads to support VXA-222.
- VXA-222 uses an “AND-gate” bispecific design to target two solid-tumor antigens with one molecule.
- Veraxa will apply its proprietary linker and conjugation technology, then run in vitro and in vivo validation to establish a lead candidate.
- Veraxa holds exclusive development and commercialization rights; OmniAb will receive a share of specified product revenue.
