VerifyMe will hold its annual shareholder meeting virtually on Sept. 24, 2026.
Investors will vote on Proposal 6 to authorize a new class of Blockchain Common Stock.
The proposal would support a planned Figure OPEN onchain equity listing alongside an anticipated Nasdaq listing tied to the OpenWorld merger.
