- Vince Holding completed the acquisition of October’s Very Own’s operating business, adding the streetwear label to its multi-brand platform.
- Authentic Brands took a 51% stake in OVO’s intellectual property; Aubrey “Drake” Graham holds 44%; Vince Holding holds 5%.
- Vince Holding secured a long-term exclusive license to use OVO IP to manufacture and sell licensed apparel worldwide, paying royalties to Authentic.
- The acquired business includes OVO’s stores, e-commerce platform, and wholesale relationships across Canada, the U.S., and the U.K.
- The deal is expected to be accretive to Vince Holding in fiscal 2027.
