VinFast signed MOUs with 29 after-sales partners in international markets and plans to build over 1,100 service workshops worldwide by 2026. In the U.S., a partnership with RepairWise will provide remote diagnostics, online repair estimates and streamlined appointment scheduling to improve service coverage.

At a global partner event attended by more than 200 investors, distributors, dealers and service partners, VinFast signed 29 MOUs with after-sales partners across North America, Europe, the Middle East, India, Indonesia, the Philippines and Kazakhstan. The company aims to more than double its existing footprint by establishing over 1,100 workshops worldwide in 2026, operating through dealership service centers, fleet-support facilities and authorized third-party repair partners.
2. US RepairWise Partnership to Enhance Service Access
In the United States, VinFast is collaborating with RepairWise to integrate digital-first after-sales services, including remote diagnostics, online repair estimates and streamlined appointment scheduling. This partnership is designed to complement dealer service networks by expanding coverage, reducing wait times and improving accessibility in regions where the company’s retail infrastructure is still developing.
3. After-Sales Strategy Strengthens Competitive Position
By prioritizing after-sales support, VinFast seeks to differentiate itself in the competitive EV market, where battery health, maintenance costs and software reliability are key consumer concerns.
