VisionWave Completes SaverOne Stage 1, Activates RF Sensing and Liberia LB-4/5 Exploration

VWAVVWAV

VisionWave completed Stage 1 of its SaverOne acquisition, secured controlling interest in Junko Solar via SolarDrone, activated its RF sensing layer and began offshore exploration of Liberia’s LB-4 and LB-5 blocks. It is advancing five core layers—RF sensing, AI processing, QuantumSpeed computing, UAV/UGV autonomy and subsurface intelligence—for integrated multi-domain defense.

1. Corporate Transactions and Acquisitions

VisionWave finalized Stage 1 of its SaverOne transaction, aligned with the largest creditor of C.M. Composite Materials, and gained controlling interest in Junko Solar through its SolarDrone acquisition to strengthen its defense and energy technology portfolio.

2. Platform Expansion and RF Activation

The company activated its RF sensing layer across the core platform architecture and advanced its unmanned aerial and ground vehicle systems while enhancing counter-drone and energy intelligence capabilities.

3. Offshore Exploration in Liberia

VisionWave initiated development of RF-based subsurface sensing and took initial steps toward offshore exploration in Liberia’s LB-4 and LB-5 blocks, targeting geological analysis and energy intelligence applications.

4. Evolving Multi-Domain Platform

VisionWave is building an integrated system of five layers—advanced RF sensing, AI data processing, QuantumSpeed™ computing, autonomous UAV/UGV platforms and subsurface intelligence—to unify defense operations and energy exploration capabilities.
