Vistagen partners with GATC Health to apply predictive AI to drug development
VTGN•Vistagen entered a collaboration with GATC Health to use predictive AI in its drug development programs. The work may support a Phase 3 study of fasedienol for social anxiety disorder and Phase 2 studies of itruvone and refisolone for other conditions.
1. AI collaboration
Vistagen will use GATC Health’s Operon platform and Derisq predictive intelligence to inform study design, pipeline prioritization and resource allocation. The collaboration may support a potential Phase 3 fasedienol study for social anxiety disorder, with the Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale as the primary efficacy endpoint, and potential Phase 2 studies of itruvone for major depressive disorder and refisolone for menopausal hot flashes.
